I read one benefit of the exercises in S Korea was that it forced N Korean military to order counter exercises by their own forces, basically maneuvering of their forces which used up their oil. SKorea/US can afford to but N Korea can't.

You will always have people who drank a little or crazies. So install the Platform Screen Doors already. All other developed nations do... And they CAN be installed retroactively. I visited Seoul few times and the Platform Screen Doors were not there earlier but now they are.

All subway platforms should have these double door for safety and to keep out noise/dust from the tracks.
